Plugins
The core stays small. Specialist work is added on.
KeelOps does a few things and does them well. What only some teams need — a quote laid out the way the company wants it, the quality inspections of a manufacturer, attendance, AI assistants — comes as a plugin: you install it, switch it on, and it works inside the application with the same users, the same permissions and the same look.
One by one
Eight plugins, three free and five pro.
Personal boards · free
Everyone’s own kanban, with the columns they choose and templates. They appear on the dashboard next to work tasks.
Task map · free
The network of a project’s tasks: themes from the text, hierarchy, time windows. It rebuilds itself. It is also the example of what a plugin can do; co-work, made of hours, comes with the pro timesheet.
MCP connector · free
Claude, ChatGPT and Mistral read KeelOps with your identity and inside your perimeter, read-only.
MCP connector pro · pro
It also reads attachments and each person’s Google Drive, and pseudonymises names, customers and companies before the text leaves. Needs the pro edition. Free and pro compared →
Attendance · pro
Holidays, leave, sickness and remote work per person and per team: everyone corrects their own days, a manager those of their group. Needs the pro edition.
QuoteDOCX · pro
The deal document written in KeelOps from the company’s Word template: pages, tables, footnotes, headers. Out comes a real .docx, with its PDF. Needs the pro edition. How it works →
QABox · pro
Specifications with revisions, inspection plans, measurements on batches and serial numbers, a signed verdict. Non-conformities and actions are tickets and tasks. Needs the pro edition. How it works →
Rapportini · pro
The work or delivery report from the phone: activities from the project, the customer's signature with a finger, photos and receipts in the task, hours into the timesheet at the end of the day. Needs the pro edition. How it works →
In the cloud the pro plugins are included: there are no modules to buy and no credits to top up.
How a plugin behaves
Inside the application, not beside it.
Same door, same permissions
A plugin uses the KeelOps sign-in and sees only what the signed-in person sees. No second login, no process to keep running, no token to hand out.
The core’s rules apply to it too
It keeps its data in its own tables. When it needs to create a task or attach a file it goes through the core, with its rules: the same permission, the same notification, the same line in the history.
It switches on and off
On the System page the administrator sees every plugin with its version, licence and a one-line description, and turns it off without a restart. Once off it disappears from the menu; its data stays where it was.
In your language
Like the rest of KeelOps, every plugin speaks Italian, English, French, German and Spanish, and follows the language chosen in the profile.
Watch it work, with made-up data.
In the pro demo QuoteDOCX, QABox, Rapportini and Attendance are switched on: sign in with the test profiles printed on the sign-in page, no registration needed. community.keelops.it runs the free plugins only.
